StrikeUP Welcomes MNP as Co-Presenting Partner for StrikeUP 2024

Cobourg, ON – StrikeUP 2024, Canada’s premier digital conference for women entrepreneurs, will return on February 29, 2024, with MNP joining as a co-presenting partner. StrikeUP Live Viewing Parties will also make a comeback at select locations across the country, with MNP as the primary host.

The year’s conference theme, “Driving Change,” is designed to prepare women entrepreneurs for the challenges and opportunities of the future. The event will showcase inspirational keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, and networking sessions, where attendees will be introduced to innovative ideas, new technologies, and best practices that will transform their business approaches.

MNP will engage with the audience through their workshop, “Why Situational Leadership is critical,” co-hosted by Mary Larson, Partner and EDI Practice Lead, Consulting Services and Lea Trotman, Manager EDI Practice, Consulting Services, at MNP. While leadership is commonly viewed as a quality that can be intrinsic, learned, and refined, it is essential for leaders within fast-growing companies to adapt their skill set based on specific situations they face.

MNP is very excited to continue our support of such a great initiative,” says Diana Render, MNP’s Executive Vice President, Prairies & Atlantic regions, and National EDI Champion. “We are proud to be part of an ecosystem that provides women entrepreneurs with the support they need to propel their businesses forward.”

“We are grateful to be continuing our collaborative efforts with MNP at StrikeUP 2024 and to be including them once again as a co-presenting partner,” said Wendy Curtis, Executive Director of NCFDC. “With MNP’s support, StrikeUP 2024 can supply women entrepreneurs with the framework to apply diverse leadership techniques effectively, assisting them in achieving success when navigating challenging scenarios.”

Attendees will gain insights into the principles of effective leadership through case study examples demonstrating various leadership styles. They will also explore methods for evaluating various situations that business owners may encounter and assist in identifying the most suitable leadership approach to adopt.

Join us as we unite to empower, uplift, and foster opportunities for prosperity and success among all women entrepreneurs in Canada. Attend StrikeUP 2024 for free by registering now.
